Picked up and they hung up after a pause. I called back and no one picked up the line just kept ringing

The caller is not answering. I am getting calls several times during the day.

lowering interest rates to 6.9%

They call everyday, so I pressed 9 to speak to a representative. She said she could lower my rates on my visa and mastercards. I asked her what company the cards were through to see if she knew, and she got angry. I asked her how she got my number and she hung up!

He called me twice with in a three hour time period. I would call back and this recording would come on and say that the lines were busy. WTF.

?? Just two calls november 22th, 10,99$ each. S**t!

They call 20 times a day, Unreal. My account is paid, what's their problem?

Starting at 6:42pm on Thursday to 8:46pm on Friday I received 16 phone calls on my cell phone from this number. The calls I did answer no one would say anything nor could I hear any background noise, there was nothing. I end up getting frustrated with this "person" & turned my phone off for almost 2 hours. When I did turn my phone back on I ended up missing 3 calls & 2 texts from one of my tenants at one of my properties trying to get a hold of me because the roof was leaking. Until I just checked who this number belongs to I thought it could of maybe been one of the guys trying to let me know about the roof. Well the roof is fixed & I'm still getting these calls so I know its not one of my tenants. Who the heck is calling me, how did they get my cell number, and how do I get them to leave me alone? Is this something that I need to let the FCC(?) know about so they can contact the owner of this number? Thanks

OPERATOR VALERIE WOULD NOT DIVULGE PURPOSE OF CALL....

He's calling regarding my Payday loan , And he said,I'm under investigation regarding my loan. So I already send them my first payment of $300.00 dollars and my Identification, And he is still harassing my work with phone call, and he's harassing my daughter phone at work. And he said, that if I don't make another payment they will send someone to arrest me. And he also read my right on the phone.

The man is rude and swears at me on the phone. he tells me he has a very serious issue to talk to me about but won't tell me what the issue is. When I tried to call back, it was disconnected.
